- In practical terms, placing an order confirms your intent to acquire the selected original artwork under the listed price and available details.
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification and artwork availability review.
- If an artwork was already collected or marked unavailable before final verification, the order will be reviewed and support will contact you.

Artwork details
- Prices, dimensions, year, medium, framing status, and shipping notes may be updated as collector data is finalized.
- If a detail is important before purchase, contact first and mention the artwork title.
- The artwork remains an original physical work; small differences between screen image and physical viewing may occur.

Use of artwork and content
- Buying an artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only.
- Copyright, reproduction rights, image rights, and website content rights remain with Sunil A. Sawane unless separately agreed in writing.
- Commercial reproduction, resale imagery, publication, or merchandising requires written permission.
