Packing and dispatch
- Artwork is packed only after the order is confirmed and the collector details are verified.
- Framed and unframed works are protected with surface-safe wrapping, rigid board support, corner protection, and outer packaging suited to the artwork size.
- Dispatch timing is confirmed directly after payment because each original may need different packing or framing coordination.

Delivery coordination
- Domestic delivery is coordinated from Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
- The collector should share a complete address, phone number, and any timing constraints during checkout.
- Tracking or handover details are shared once the package is ready to move.

Shipping charges
- Current shop checkout may show standard shipping as free for supported orders.
- Large framed works, urgent delivery, or international movement may require a separate quote before dispatch.
For a specific artwork, write before ordering if you need framing, urgent delivery, or an out-of-India shipment estimate.
